A senior leather goods consultant, I combine deep design experience with strategic leadership skills to bring accessories collections to market.
I have developed, scaled and evolved collections for companies with an existing bag business and have launched new handbag categories for luxury and designer brands, establishing a strong DNA and point-of-view in keeping with the brand.

Mulberry, London (Since December 2023- Maternity cover): Head of Leather goods Design
As the Design representative on the Senior leadership team, I am responsible for the Creative direction and management of the
Design team for Womens and Mens bags, SLG and Lifestyle categories.
Reporting directly to the CEO, I restructured the 12 strong design team and introduced new processes, resulting in increased
efficiencies, team morale and cross department collaboration.
Rothy's, San Francisco (September 2018- June 2023): Senior accessories design consultant
I launched the new bag category for leading sustainable fashion brand Rothy's, establishing the DNA of the collection and working
with the founder and the SVP of merchandising and Product to define the category strategy. Within 3 years, the accessories line was
responsible for 10% of the brand turnover.

Joining the business in its infancy, I was instrumental in helping it develop into one of Britain leading luxury accessories brands,
creating several design concepts that are still bestsellers today.
I built and managed a design team including bag, shoe and RTW designers as well as consultants.
